Street 1, Lakeside Pokhara

Street No. 1 – Kedareswor Marga in the Lakeside area of Pokhara is a small side street branching from the main Lakeside Road near Phewa Lake. The road starts from the main gate of Kedareswor Temple, which is why it was given the name Kedareswor Marga. In the past, this road was known as Pherke Path. The street contains several tourist accommodations and a local restaurant. Notable hotels located here include Hotel Paramount, Hotel Snow Peak, Hotel Mountain View, and Hotel Pauwa, which mainly serve travelers visiting the Lakeside area. In addition to these hotels, Nepali Food House operates on the same street and offers traditional Nepali cuisine for visitors and locals. Overall, Street No. 1 is a quiet lane within the busy Lakeside tourist district, providing lodging and dining options within walking distance of the lake and the main tourist road.
